Larry A. Ball

Larry A. Ball is the Founder of the Twin Cessna Flyer, originally started as the 310 Owners of America.  Larry has authored several books and numerous articles on Twin Cessnas and founded the organization to provide the best possible means for owners and operators of  Twin Cessna aircraft to safely and economically maintain and preserve their aircraft. Larry is an FAA Safety Counselor and pilot and resides near Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Larry can be reached at twinces@aol.com.

Charles A. Clemen

Chuck Clemen, Advisory Board Member,  is a Twin Cessna owner, a flight instructor and an instructor in the Twin Cessna Flyer's maintenance and operations seminars.  Chuck resides near Denver, Colorado and is very active in course development and proficiency programs for the TCF.  Chuck also provides consultation and appraisal services. Anthony R. Saxton

Tony Saxton, Advisory Board Member, is the director of the TCF Technical Center at TAS Aviation in Defiance, Ohio.  Probably the single, most experienced individual in the country on Twin Cessna maintenance, Tony is the a past recipient of the FAA Maintenance Technician of the Year, an AI, and an instructor in the TCF maintenance and operations seminars.  TAS Aviation completes hundreds of annual inspections on Twin Cessna aircraft each year along with many extensive repairs and modifications. Phil Yoder

Phil Yoder, an Advisory Board Member, is an ATP with over 6000 hours of his 9000+ hours in Twin Cessna aircraft.  He is involved in promotional and organizational issues with the TCF.  Phil operates a multimedia production firm in Columbus, Ohio, flies a Gulfstream worldwide for a living,  and maintains the TCF Web Site.  He has flown  a 310R (N2YE) to over 17 countries and recently took first place at Kinair '97, the largest air rally in Europe after flying his 310 across the Atlantic.  Phil currently owns a recently restored 1969 310P (N6PY).  He can be reached at phil@philyoder.com

Philip J. Sauder

Phil Sauder is currently Chairman of Alpha Technologies and formerly served as Chairman of Aviation Systems International (ASI), both Carlisle Enterprises portfolio companies. Alpha is a manufacturer of sophisticated instruments and software which measure and test cure characteristics of compounded rubber and other industrial compounds. ASI is a supplier of spare aircraft parts to commercial and general aviation markets worldwide. Mr. Sauder formerly served as Vice President and General Manager of the Aerospace Division of Abex Inc., a $500 million manufacturer of flight and engine control systems; hydraulic pumps, motors and servo valves; automotive friction material and airport boarding bridges. Other previous positions include President and General Manager of Cleveland Pneumatic Company, a $275 million company involved in the manufacture and overhaul of aircraft landing gear for commercial and military customers; General Manager of the PTC Aerospace Division of Pullman Inc., a $75 million manufacturer of commercial aircraft seating; and Vice President, Operations for Trailmobile, Inc., a manufacturer of over-the-road trailers.
